Flash Post 63!

“Button, the one thing I was really looking forward to was, at least, a mild winter (winters in Mumbai are usually mild) after the blistering summer in Mumbai this year!

It usually starts to get cool from around end November. November passed without even a trace of a slightly cool breeze and then came December. I, however, felt that all of us would be in for some surprise and that the weather gods would smile down upon us and surprise us all with, at least, a few days of cool weather! As I counted the days, it suddenly turned chilly yesterday ((December 15) and it’s gone! Today is December 16 and our mild winter has disappeared somewhere! The temperature which had fallen to about 13 degrees celsius yesterday is back to 31 degrees celsius!

It’s warm and rather muggy today! And I’m sad.

Dost is, however, very peeved as I am back to having the fan on again! He hates the fan! For him, hot weather (plus 40 degrees celsius) seems like below minus degree!”
