Dear Readers, you may notice the dates of the Blog do not match the Flash Post dates which are in real time. The blog was written in 2009 and saw the light of day 6 months back when my younger daughter discovered it and decided to bring it to you here.
December 1. “Button, once again, the last month of this year is here and all 11 months of the year is history.”

December 1. “Button, once again, the last month of this year is here and all 11 months of the year is history.”

“I realize that.”

“Do you realize that the longevity of each day is 24 hours? For instance November 30 was born at 12 in the morning and breathed its last at 2400 hours. We will not encounter November 30, 2010 again. Do you also realize that the longevity of every single day is the same?”

“Are they? Isn’t there even a nano-second’s difference between each day?”

“Do you also know that moths live for a few hours only. The tiny insect you see only during Diwali lives for a few hours. They gather near lights at night. When the lights are turned off, they die.”

“How long do grizzlies live?”

“How long?”

“For about 30 to 32 years.”

“Name the longest living animal or reptile?”

“Is it the giant tortoise?”

“The giant tortoise lives close to 200 years.”
