April 26. I walked into Button’s room and found him, Rani and Mowgli having a pillow fight.
The bed was in a mess and there was cotton strewn all over.
April 25. “Button, what is the meaning of seva?”
“I haven’t the faintest idea.”
April 24. “How did you like LSD, Button?”
“I had heard so much about the film but I was disappointed.”
April 22. “Button, I have some Sardar jokes to tell you.”
“Why does everybody crack jokes about Sardars?”
April 21. “Button, why don’t you talk of Fluffy anymore? Is he around? Is he well?”
“Fluffy’s fine. His business isn’t doing too well because of the recession and he’s worried.”
April 20. “Button, an article in the Hindustan Times shook me up today.”
“Must be really terrible.”
April 19. “Button, I am dog tired today.”
“Then go to sleep right now.”
