“No. After the brunch we ate around 11.30 till the time we ate dinner around 8, I wasn’t hungry in the least!”

“It just shows that the three meals we have without our bodies craving for food is just not right.”

“Others (the nutritionist types) say how we should eat a little at a time maybe 6-7 times a day! So, what is it we should follow? Three big ones or 6 small ones? Does anybody know for sure?”

“I don’t think anybody knows. It could be that with the body type I have, I’d need 2 meals a day while somebody else with a different body type would need, maybe, 5 meals daily. It all depends on the body type. There can’t be a hard and fast rule for everyone.”

“The best thing to do is eat when you are hungry. There’s no rule which says that everyone must eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.”

“Basically, if we stick to EAT HEALTHY AND EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY, we’ll be able to live a great life, perhaps!”
