Dear Readers, you may notice the dates of the Blog do not match the Flash Post dates which are in real time. The blog was written in 2009 and saw the light of day 6 months back when my younger daughter discovered it and decided to bring it to you here.

“In a moment.”

“Now watch it carefully and try and understand what is written. The visuals are stunning and the subject is so true. I saw it twice over to let every word sink in. What it explains very beautifully is that we must stop hoarding material things and prevent negative feelings like hatred, fear and sorrow from clogging our minds. Hoarding robs us of valuable space and stops more from coming in. We often hoard material things we imagine we’ll need tomorrow. Since childhood, I remember my elders telling me not to throw anything away—that I just might need them some day. Our need for that article may never arise and we may not be around to see tomorrow. Give away anything you may not need. Let someone else use that particular item. The same holds true for negative feelings—when we hate someone, that hatred, very often, festers and, were something unpleasant to happen to the person, we’d hate ourselves for not having forgiven him. It’s the same about money: Why hoard when you can use it to give you pleasure and joy today. Haven’t we been told to save up for the rainy day? This clipping tells us to do just the opposite. It tells us to live for the moment”

“The visuals are also stunning. Elephants are so graceful.”
