January 17. “Do you know what the time is?”
“It’s nearly 1 in the morning.”
“And why have you not gone to sleep? You have to wake up for yoga at 6. Which means you get 5 hours to sleep!”
“I realize that but you know we were watching a film.”
“You’ve told me how one requires around 7 hours of sleep at least and, here you are, getting just 5-6 hours of sleep every day! If you’re not sleepy, I am. So, please, let me sleep.”
“Button, of-course you must go to sleep. I just came to wish you goodnight. I also realize that you’re upset over something. Is there anything I can do?”
“Nothing. And I am not upset. I am only concerned about your health.”
“Thanks, Button. Go to sleep. I’ll speak with you tomorrow. Goodnight.”
