“Did you ever make mistakes?”

“All the time when I would put my right leg out when they called out left and vice versa. Correcting that wrong footfall took quite a while.”

“Did you take part in the other events as well?”

“Yes. I remember participating in the long jump as well as the high jump categories and, sometimes, in the relays.”

“Did you win medals?”

“I did. The one incident I remember is when I lost my PT skirt at the annual sports meet and managed to get Rita, my sister, to remove hers so I could wear her skirt while the two of us walked back home with her in shorts!”

“So you were a bully even then?”
