“Button, just read that Tim Cook, Apple’s chief executive is donating his estimated $785 million fortune to charity after providing for the educational expenses of his nephew. His quote “You want to be the pebble in the pond that creates the ripples for change” is beautiful and brought back some beautiful memories for me!

As a kid, when the family visited Putimari for our summer vacation, I remember sitting on the river banks and play the same pebble throwing game with my other cousins! After gathering pebbles or stones, we used to throw each at a slant with as much force as we could muster at our age (anywhere between 5 and12) so it would hit the water at a distance, make a zig-zag and come out on the other side! The kid whose stone hit the longest distance would be the winner!

If you’re back and if we go to a place with a river, Button, I’ll show you how we played this game and maybe play the game ourselves!”
