“Button, TELL ME IS THIS LOVE?

This song Tell Me Is This Love kept haunting me after reading this story:

A female dog saved the life of her male companion by barking non-stop for three days after he was shot 38 times with a poison gun. The 2-year old setter cross was found by the 18-month old pointer cross with only his head above the water after being left for dead in a ditch on the Greek island of Zakynthos. The two have now been named Romeo and Juliet after moving to Britain to start life together.

Juliet barked non-stop for three days going without food and water to try and alert passers-by of her friend’s plight until a walker finally stumbled upon the dying dog and called the vets.

Romeo was put on strong antibiotics and it was only after ten long days that his condition started improving! Zante Strays, an animal rescue centre in West Sussex, took upon the task of giving the duo a new life in Britain. Kind-hearted people who read about them on Facebook donated enough to enable the centre to fly them to Gatwick.

Last seen was Romeo and Juliet cozying up to each other on the flight to their new home.”
