Button, did you see what size the Brahmakamal grew to last night!

It was huge. Perhaps the biggest one out of the three that have bloomed so far.

Shall we put up an image of the fully bloomed flower?

Goes without saying. And we must put up the image of this particular Brahmakamal because it bloomed at an unusual time of year which is in January when they actually bloom during the monsoons.

It also bloomed just a few hours prior to chotididi’s birthday!

Which possibly means that she will have a really lucky year.

Let’s hope she does.

Do you know that once the Brahmakamal starts to bloom, it takes the bud around 3-4 hours to flower into a fully mature flower.

Next morning, I wept seeing it hanging limp, a mere shadow of its former self!

It broke my heart too.
