Button, MoJo seems to be having a wonderful time rolling on her back and gazing upwards.

She is also smiling.

From ear to ear, as they say.

I’ve seen her do this very often. Is there a reason why she does this?

It’s more of a ritual. Every morning after chotididi gives her a bite of her sandwich and papaya, she rolls onto her back as if to say thank you with a big grin. One more reason why she does this, I think, is to compel choti to scratch her underarms, which she simply loves. Especially in the summer months.

I’ve never seen Mowgli doing this! Ever.

Mowgli is very cautious as her belly is very delicate from the faulty surgery she had and which took years to heal.

Don’t they expose their bellies to those they trust implicitly?

You’re absolutely right. They do. MoJo also has a hip displacia problem and, I think, she also gets some relief lying in this posture.
