October 4. 11am. “Button, Dost said something unique this morning.”
“Tell me.”
“He said that the height of romance between two people is when they sit and do nothing.”
“That is, indeed, beautiful.”
“Imagine two people—may-be lovers or a couple—just being with each other doing nothing and not feeling bored! It’s an exquisite thought.”
“Somehow it is so difficult not to do something.”
“We are conditioned to do something or the other or labeled as lazy. How often do we let ourselves go? We are more worried as to what those around us will say if they see us whiling away our time?”
“Have you ever tried it?”
“I have. Lazing around is a heavenly feeling.”
