October 25. “I felt like playing some music this morning but then, I was in two minds.
Did I really want to play that disc or did I want to be cocooned by silence! I finally opted for silence because I was feeling really low about the fire that struck our club. Music can be soothing in its own way and so can silence. What I feel counts is the timing. At times you want to listen to music and again, at times, you crave for silence.”
“I guess it all depends on one’s mental state. But I’m not going to ask you how you are feeling because you must be feeling rotten. Go to sleep early. That will rest your mind.”
“I’ll see you tomorrow. Good night. Sleep tight. And don’t slip from your perch again.”
