October 23. “Button, have you noticed that the sun has gone into hiding!”

“I notice that you don’t sit in the sun any more!”

“But there is no sun! I check every day to see if there is sunlight streaming in and there isn’t any.”

“I thought you’ve stopped sitting there because the red sofa isn’t in its corner any more!”

“That’s not the reason though I miss sitting on the red sofa. Somehow, after all those weeks, I miss not putting up my legs and enjoying those 10-15 minutes of being with myself. Sitting on the single sofa with my legs dangling from the side isn’t the same. All said and done, the red sofa was inviting.”

“Why don’t you continue to sit there for those 10-15 minutes to be with yourself even though the sun’s playing truant? I would imagine those 10 minutes give you that boost to face the day!”

“You’re right. Sun or no sun, I can still sit there for some time and bask in that me time!”
