November 28. “Button, I love animal sounds—pigeons cooing, parrots chirping…
This morning I suddenly heard some pigeons cooing outside the study window. For a moment I thought they were talking in their special language and asking each other where you were!”
“I also heard quite a few of them cooing but I too don’t understand pigeon language. What was your day like?”
“Well, sir and my younger daughter had some work in the office. My elder daughter and I left later as she had some stuff to pick up. She and I went over to the office later as she too had some work and then the four of us went out for a late lunch. I won’t ask what your day was like because I know what you are going through and I am extremely sorry about it. By the way the 2nd day is over so that makes it two hugs.”
“I know. I know. I am keeping count.”
