“This Sidney is the world’s fastest snail.”

“Aren’t snails one of the slowest creatures?”

“They are but Sydney won the trophy at the World Snail Racing Championship in Norfolk as the fastest snail crossing a 13-inch track in three minutes 41 seconds.”

“I didn’t know snails ran races!”

“I didn’t either. But there’s bullock racing and even crab racing. Dost stopped a crab race the last time he came to know about one and they finally got electronic crabs to run the race. This particular snail race has been going on for 40 years.”

“These things are not nice. You humans get pleasure from the weirdest of things.”
