The fact that this blog that you and I created is going and embedding itself somewhere out there in that cloud that’s taken the shape of a horse (look out of the window:It’s right there) boggles my mind! Have you ever thought about the fact that, because it’s somewhere out there in space, it will never die? It will live on for eons and will, maybe, get read by an heir of ours down the line many, many years away! When we’ll, perhaps, join that galaxy of stars up there!

A company called Celestis who are already into firing the remains of humans into the universe have just launched a service that will allow people to give a cosmic send-off to their dead pets! How wonderful is that?

Do you realise what that means? It means that, after having spent time together on this planet, we may all end up being together up there! My Button Diaries included!”
