I have an idea.

Let me hear it, Button?

Let’s design a Button t-shirt. It can be a plain white/black tee to start with with the following words “Hi, I’m Button: Want to be my friend?” printed on the front in reverse colour and an outline of a teddy surrounding the caption.

And a button for your nose! That’s how we named you Button, remember?

Maybe. But the tee is not for sale.

What is it for then?

It’s a prize for a story-telling contest. Whoever sends in the shortest story will get a Button tee as prize.

Short meaning how short?

Let’s not put any restriction on it. But a good, smart short short story–well told and one that reads like a story and has a beginning, a middle and an end.

And who will be the judge?

Who judged our first story?

Dost. And how many prizes are you planning on giving away?

Say five.

No! This whole Button thing is a dual venture between the two of us: How can you participate?
