It consists mostly of plastic that is non-biodegradable and a serious threat to the environment! The churning waters must have tried very hard to digest it failing which, it threw back the garbage at us. When will we humans learn to think more humanely! Cuffe Parade also happens to be one of the poshest areas in this city.”
