January 20. “Button, DNA reported today that pigeons were used by criminals to smuggle drugs into a prison in the northern Colombian city of Bucaramanga.
Bucaramanga police commander, Jose Mendoza, said that the pigeon carrying 40 grams of marijuana and 5 grams of bazuco which is a cheap mix of cocaine and other substances collapsed and fell to the ground as the weight of the drugs that was tied under its wings was too heavy and tired the bird out.”
